Well, somehow gw itu cuma purchasing administrative, I'm not a marketing, nor a PM, therefore no need they throw away their problem to me!! for example, to handle shipment the good into their customer, hellloooo, My duty is handling shipment from singapore to Indonesia our ware house, but about the distribution to the customer is not  my duty and my business!!

Sesekali kalo keadaannya memang harus cuma mengandalkan gw sih ok, but if it's occur frequently, I can't tolerate this anymore.  rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
